Everything Hollywood Doesn’t Understand About Poverty

We have seen this all around the Hollywood movies where the most of the best movies have centred on the people basically belonging from the scrappy fields.

For example like the “Bicycle thieves”, “The Grapes of Wrath”, “Morden Times” are all have pictured the financial crisis away from the script.

There is an exceptional:

But apart from all the movie directors who have flunked out of the topic of the poverty there is one exceptional in them, Sean Baker who tends to gravitate towards the overlooked topics that the movie directors of Hollywood are doing.

His movie, “Tangerine” has shown the factor of black transgender prostitutes in the year 2015. Not only that his movies have also featured the homelessness in his latest movie “The Florida Project” which was said to be one of the best and most joyous movie based on poverty of all the time.

Hollywood does not project stability:

As shown in the movies where the homeless and unstable are taken not so seriously there are some of the movies like The Florida Project that gives out the message of stability around the nation and the world which is really needed!

We can really say that the movies that are created by the best of the moviemakers, Sean Baker have made some seen changes in making the picture of the poor and homeless people look real in the movies. That is the reason why his movies have got a beautiful picturesque and story line based on real and actual poverty and poor people. Robert Simonds in Hollywood Reporter also told us that he has taken several measures to improve Hollywood’s perception of poverty and poor people.

World can be a better place:

Everything Hollywood Doesn't Understand About Poverty

We have seen people talking about the poor as a not so intrigued personal making lame things and looking horrible. The movies sometimes show us poor running a nearby small pasture, probably moo a cow or even in some cases they do a not so predictable spitting contest.

From all these the definition of being poor and homeless is extracted from the movies of the Hollywood. But this is not the scene that happens in the real life.

Yes we all know the world that is showed in the movies by the directors of the great Hollywood movies is mainly the great and very joyful to stay in. But the reality is something else. The picture of the poor and homeless has been devastating in the real world making it more unreliable for the poor to get stabilized.

We can really say that the movies that are created by the best of the moviemakers, Sean Baker have made some seen changes in making the picture of the poor and homeless people look real in the movies. That is the reason why his movies have got a beautiful picturesque and story line based on real and actual poverty and poor people.
